Talent Guidelines and Resources

Total Mente Demais Global is committed to providing work environments in which our represented talent ("Talent") are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism, free from any form of discrimination or harassment.

Any form of discrimination and/or harassment within professional working environments will not be tolerated by Total Mente Demais Global. If any of our Talent experience or witness discrimination, sexual and/or other unlawful harassment while working, we ask Talents to report it immediately to their managers or via email: totalmentedemaisglobal@gmail.com. All reported allegations of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation will be investigated promptly, thoroughly, and impartially.

Total Mente Demais Global is dedicated to providing a professional environment for our Talent that is safe, healthy, comfortable, and efficient. The following is an overview of practices and standards expected of employees, clients, brands, contractors, and other partners in their professional relationship with the agency and its Talent. However, our professional expectations extend beyond these guidelines and do not replace any current laws or regulations in any country where the company operates.

  • Images and/or videos in which Talent appear nude, partially nude, in see-through clothing, swimwear, lingerie, and/or wearing fur require express prior written approval
  • Clients and brands working with Talent are expected to take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of Talent at all times while services are being provided
  • Talent images and/or videos may not be altered or distorted beyond reasonable and customary editing
  • Behind-the-scenes footage may not be taken of Talent without express prior written approval. If approved, filming may not occur while Talent is nude and/or changing clothes, before hair and makeup are complete, or at any other time Talent has an expectation of privacy
  • Talent are allowed to take regular rest periods to ensure adequate rest and refreshment while delivering services
  • No person should impose any action or activity on Talent that is dangerous, degrading, unprofessional, or demeaning
  • Individuals may not be under the influence of or in possession of illegal drugs or alcohol in the workplace (including unauthorized use of prescription drugs)
  • No person may coerce Talent into a diet or weight loss that could endanger their health or safety
  • Clients and brands are responsible for providing adequate security arrangements when necessary
  • Confidential Talent information and the terms of the contract under which Talent are engaged must not be disclosed, except with prior written consent or as necessary to fulfill client or brand obligations

Educational materials on sexual harassment prevention and response are also available to Talent upon request. Talents are encouraged to report any conduct they reasonably believe violates the ethical or professional standards of Total Mente Demais Global, even if not explicitly listed above.
